Bck Art Riad Marrakesh

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to all attractions and near the city center. Everything was within walking distance, and there was even a main taxi rank nearby for easy transportation. The staff provided excellent service and were always available to assist with any requests. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I particularly enjoyed the terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The hotel also offered a variety of services such as room service, dry cleaning, and laundry, making my stay even more convenient.

There were some concerns about the cleanliness of the pool and issues with security in the rooms, as mentioned by previous guests.

Exceptional customer service from start to finish, with a warm welcome and helpful recommendations. Peaceful sanctuary in a great location for exploring the city.

My experience at Bck Art Riad was amazing. I was greeted warmly by the staff, especially Oumaima, were great to make sure our stay was perfect. The Riad itself is fine, with beautiful rooms and a cozy, cute atmosphere. The breakfast served every morning was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. Despite being located in a busy area, the Riad seemed like a peaceful oasis. I would highly recommend staying at Bck Art Riad for a lovely experience. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
